C25K Club

We had great success with the C25K strength training in 2019 and will offer it again for the 2020 race. All training is free, but you must be registered for the race to participate.

STRENGH TRAINING:
When: Wednesday, 6:15pm – 7:15 pm (starting April 1st until April 29th)
Where: Deer Lake Athletic Club (6167 White Lake Rd, Clarkston, MI 48346).

RUN TRAINING: Participants are encouraged to use the following C25K App on their phones: C25K 5K Trainer (Couch Potato to Running 5K) App or 10K Trainer by C25K (C210K Couch to 10K Training) App, for those runners looking to transition to the 10k distance.

Interested individuals should register for the race, (either online or by downloading the form below), and bring a signed waiver to the first class on April 1.
